Awww... So is this just so my brakes don't lock up during normal operation or does it help for off-road driving?

This valve only regulates the brake pressure depending on the axle load .

Apologies. English isn't my native language either and I wasn't sure if "avoid slippage of the rear axle" meant avoid wheel lock or avoid spinning of the wheels.
Thanks for all of the help!

So the saga continues.
Another roadblock.
I purchased some wheels. Seller claims that they fit 395/85r20 tyres. His listing shows photos of the wheels mounted on 395/85r20 tyres. My truck guy is saying they don't. They have a normal small flange, not the larger military flange. Anyone have a guide on wheel sizes and flange types? I can't find a definition of 10.00v-20 vs 10.00-20 vs 10.00w-20 wheels.
The listing for the wheels show them mounted on 395/85r20 and I confirmed via phone AND email that these wheels fit 395/85r20 tyres. The seller is a reputable surplus military dealer in the USA. They still insist that they do when clearly they have the incorrect flange for this tyre. Help? I'm at a bit of a loss. This is delaying the rest of my project as I wanted to confirm final height before sending the truck for fabrication next week (guess that's delayed AGAIN!).
Below are the new wheels (split apart) on top of a standard MRAP wheel mounted to the 395/85r20 tyre. As you can see, the new wheels don't have the right flange yet the seller insists that they fit.

ETRTO Standards Manual says:
10.0-20: 5° tapered rim, flange height = 51 mm
10.00-20 V: flat base rim, flange height = 44 mm
10.00-20 W: flat base rim, flange height = 51 mm
Michelin says:
tires XZL 395/85R20: approved rims = 10.00 W, 10.00, 10.00 V
