the axle seal looks like it has been ill fitted and crimped or is this how they come.

The part number for the front axle swivel housing is already in the PM I sent you last week.
For the left hand head light lens: I am not sure if you are talking about the glass or the reflector?
A 000 826 51 90 glass LH (for head light from supplier HELLA)
A 000 826 60 90 glass LH (for headlight from supplier BOSCH)
A 000 826 32 81 reflector LH (for head light from supplier HELLA)
A 000 826 39 81 reflector LH (for head light from supplier BOSCH)
Please make sure you know, which supplier your headlight is from. Otherwise the parts won't fit!
Another idea: why don't you convert your truck to the more powerful halogen (H4) headlights that are only available in south america? Many people here would like to do that, but we can't get the parts in Europe ...
