Moin! greetings to all, there are great contributions in this forum, I love it.
I come with another doubt that the experts recommend.
I'm going to build a chassis and we want to bring an ATV or quad in the garage, under the bed.
So that we have 1m of height in the bed, and the garage below with the necessary height for the vehicle.

What do you think is the best solution?

Where I live there is no experience in these vehicles and any contribution would be very useful to me!

Hi,

that Z-Bend in the last picture does not look well designed.
The overlap looks pretty small for such a big profile. -->
OR the profile is way oversized... anyhow, it looks weird and that is never good...
Usually you want champfered ends of such profiles to allow a smooth load transition.

Hello, If I do not see it clearly either, that's why I ask for advice if someone knows a job with "Z" chassis and reliable rear garage!? it would be very valuable for our project :spiel:
Thank you

Hey,
Send a few pictures of the open storage at the back from both sides to get a better feel of what has been done already.
If the frame really runs at the regular frame height there may be a problem. How high is your cabin on the inside and outside before and aftet the S?
Cheers,
Rastlos

Hello, I think it will have a good height of the ground! I will also leave the tires 22'5 improving the tires for mixed ones. Greetings

Pd: I still have a lot of work ahead :spiel:
