Hi where Tim and Ninka from Holland.\
Our German isn't that good so I'm going to write in English.
2 years back we bought a Mercedes LAF 911 B only it was big challance. The pictures speak for them self.

Tis is how we bought it.

And welding it back together.

Repair all the brakes and sandpaper the compleet cabine

looks pretty good and handicrafts seem to be done well.

i would enjoy to get some further information about the
central-lubrification-system.
how does it work and what lubrification points are maintained
by the exterrestial (it seems to glow in the dark...) green grease pot ?

are you going to replace/rebuild the engine as well ?
and if so... which engine do you intend to use ?
turbo-charged ?

The central-lubrification-system is build in by my girlfriend. She is a truck mechanic. A have made some picuters and she send u a mail how its done.









It's a electrical system in cobination with an air valve
that works on time. Whe can set the timer from 10 min till 300 min of driving.


When we bought the truck the engine was oke. Whe chanced all the oils and cleaned the atomizers. So no other enigine.

i´ll send you my e-mail adress so you /or your girlfriend can transfer a bit of know-how/ photos of the system
i´m quite lazy and hate lubricating my truck...so i´m very interested in that greasy solution.

it shows the backside of your cabin/ the suspension of it.
the welding... whats was the reason for that.
to get the cabin higher to have more space in the wheel housing ?
you use only the rubber buffer as suspension?

it might be useful to think about the twisting of the trucks frame.
this joint cabin >rubber< frame could cause problems because of twisting...

it might be better to use a loose connection (vertical) that allows the cabin to travel a bit...using springs for example...

For married men this central lubrication system has got a big disadvantage. You sacrifice a wonderful excuse for pissing off from housework! "Honey, I'm off for Saturday morning to lubricate me truck, might need the afternoon, too."
And then -hooray- it's down to the boozer

i always would prefer the central lubrification system for the man aka boozer...
even if that truck system works automatically...
