MAN LE 10.220 verschiedene Versionen

Hallo,
I've been looking into a specific MAN LE 2000 on sale, it's the 10.223 model. I've been trying to gather information/experiences but the 10.224 and 10.225 models seem to be more common. Either way what I've mainly found is limited to 10.223 = euro 1, 10.224 = euro 2 and 10.225 = euro 3 and includes more electronics. Would anyone know more detailed differences between the different year models?
Additionally, I haven't gone to see the truck yet as it's a bit far from where I am and the seller is not able to provide further technical parts details. Does there exist something like a VIN-decoder/datasheet system for MAN trucks as there is for MB trucks?
