der Fahrzeugherstelle gibt die Lage der neutralen Achse bei Verwindungen in seinen Aufbaurichtlinien genau an. Liegt die neutrale Verdrehachse ( X-Achse Aufbau) deiner Aufbaulagerung genau in der Verwindungsachse deines Fahrzeugrahmens (X-Achse Rahmen). Ansonsten müssen zwischen den Lagern Pendelstützen angeordnet werden, um die Querbewegung auszugleichen.
Weiterhin sind deine Traversen sehr massiv. Wegen den Rahmenverwindungen sind ide Quertraversen elastisch verdrehdehbar. Dien Traversen sind aber so stabil, dass dort keine Verwindung möglich ist. Das führt an den Schrauben zu einer Überlasung, emtweder brechen die Schrauben oder der Rahmen wird rund um die Schrauben ausreißen.
Die originalen Rahmenquertraversen haben deshalb ein kompliziertes Profil, um diese Verwindungen elastisch zu ermöglichen, ohne dass die Materialspannungen in den kritischen Bereich kommen.

Penso di poter fare una suscinta traduzione di quello che alcuni dei foristi tentano de dirti. Loro credono, e devo dire che lo penso anch’Io, che le placche suportanti i pivoti, siano le longitudinali che le trasversali, siano troppo massiccie e/o lunghe e non permettano le distorsioni elastiche che senz’altro verrano subiti dal chassis nel uso fuoristrada, e dunque le forze torsionali, frenate dalle placche, passino direttamente ai pivoti e finalmente al sub-chassis della cabina col rischio di fratturarlo.
D’altrocanto, il lavoro sui ferri è alquanto notevole.

Here are photos of one of the most critical phases ...... the cross-lifting wheel.
Raised up to remove from the ground to the opposite wheels do not lift ..
The subframe has behaved properly! No twisting, perfectly aligned with 40mm twist of the original chassis Iveco.
I will not conceal that both me and the engineer that the workers this morning we were very happy with the result ...
To you the judgment and any findings of a technical nature ... for me as my first project I am proud then at least as a static test for the dynamic test using the means I have to wait but the premises of a good job are all there.

This is not good. You have to compensate this effect or something will brake. Maybe allowing the central pivots glide a few millimeters side to side will help.

Today very important day! we weighed the truck load and I was impressed .... just 6600 kg despite all the iron we've added !!!! great result ....
Yesterday I bought the first of the 2 bikes that I'll have to upload on Desertikon 4x4 a Hyosung Karion 125 for my sixteen year old son ... but I think I will enjoy my wife Patrizia to drive it ...
Then we put him back in torsion but with the load cell of the excellent result the subframe able to compensate without the slightest crunch of fiberglass ... we are all very happy! a great team my ideas correct from the technical expertise and project holders (2 engineers) and the enormous experience of the workers have produced an excellent result even though it was the first subframe 4 points!

Today I bought my second bike that will serve as a "tender" for my project.
It is a 2001 Honda XR650 kept very well over time.
The Enduro wheels are practically new, the bike has dual approval but was only used in configuration motard.

and .... another cut ...... is now the turn of the Eurocargo ..... here I am ... you can see that I like to cut ....

Today I visited Desertikon to check work progress and we are well under way with the link cell cabin.
the frame to the floor where then attach the 2 benches FASP is finished, the door has now been defined to study the slider on 2 wheels and crane with winch.

Ohh grazie Hartmann scusa se non ti ho risposto subito ma era da un pò che non entravo a causa delle vacanze.
Io adoro l'Alto Adige sono 6 anni che lavoro in Trentino Alto Adige , ho anche comprato un appartamento al Lago di Caldonazzo per essere più vicino ai miei clienti quindi dal martedì al venerdì vivo nella tua meravigliosa regione e mai più cambierò zona di lavoro si sta troppo bene.

So here we are in the design and construction of the bike rack:
This will create a support between the wheels of the bikes for a 2-stroke 15HP and space for the bag of inflatable rubber boat (RIB).
The structure will have the strength necessary to allow in the future the ability to upload a Smart cabrio Ist series (as an alternative to two bikes).
