Suspension for seats

Is it possible to buy only the suspension mechanism for seats?
I'm thinking about mounting seats which are not delivered with suspension mechanism.
Anyone knowing about any brand/producer for such things?

Will it be possible to mount a unit with three seats on suspension?
I would then have suspension in both ends, and adjust them different in case of uneven weight distribution of the passengers.

Isn't there a problem with the approval of the seat belt anchoring? IIRC the whole system must meet the EC/ECE regulations.
