Radiant water heating

#1 Beitrag von Magicvehicle » 2020-07-12 11:53:17

Moin! Hi a pleasure to greet the entire forum!
I would like information about a hot water heating system.
In addition to a very good insulation for heat and cold, we have a diesel stove without electricity consumption.
It has a tube turn to heat water, I want to make an endless hot water circuit with pipe. In this way I intend to protect the water tanks against frost and keep us warm. I have calculated 40 meters of hose, from your experience, do you think that a tank (or small boiler) of hot water is necessary to cause the continuous movement of water?
Or maybe with all that long travel and an expansion vessel is enough?
From here it is very difficult to obtain information because it is not cold and almost no one has experience in this regard. XD All the best forum!
Kind regards Toni :)

Hello,
there is a Diskussion in another thread... you mean a system like this? That the water flow without electricity?

https://www.haustechnikverstehen.de/wie ... ftheizung/

with this kind of stove:

https://www.toplicht.de/de/shop/ofen-he ... -oefen?p=1

A lot of people use this Pump:

https://www.toplicht.de/de/shop/ofen-he ... umpe-8-24v

But there are cheaper sellers out there ;). And the pump need < 24 Volts, not >24V like 27V or 28V

regards Malte

Thanks for the contribution Malte, the information for our project is very valuable, I think I can meet the conditions for a circulation of water without energy! The stove is indeed an Dickinson Alaska, and the pump we have for everything is the
220v Vortex BW BWO dimmable. The other pump is very interesting, seemed to have seen this hot water circulation pump in another thread, but now I have it located. :)
:spiel: I will continue studying the challenge! All the best colleague, Greetings Toni

Hi everyone, I don't know if you understand something!
It is my first hydraulic diagram XD, is the expansion tank well placed? Any contribution or suggestion is welcome! :spiel:

hey, have a look at this PDF (page 7)

https://www.toplicht.de/media/pdf/9b/9b ... S-MONT.pdf

this is a "open" system with an security valve that close the diesel pipe when the water system is overheating.

best regards Malte
