Hallo zusammen,
In case google translator didn't do such a good job:
Hey all,
Our project is in a state where we need storage boxes to our truck frame. Money is tight, so we may need to consider plastic boxes too. What are your experiences of those, and can you recommend a specific brand?
Is it better to attach them to truck frame, or to the bottom of zeppelin container? Our truck is MB 1222 with a subframe that pivots from one end.

We have plastic boxes. Wonderful! Completely water proofed.
Don't know the brand and the truck is not here. You can look in the pictures in my signature.
We did buy them at Winkler.
They are attached at the box

Hi Heering80,
we had ours built to size and I was told, that you can’t build them yourself for that, 1500mm about 500€, 75mm in the back 350€ and mudguard 300€.

Or online 2nd hand, if you lucky ;-)
good luck Roland

Hi,
Frank's box look like they are from Lago. https://www.lagoaccessori.it/de/product ... rd/vertigo
also available at https://www.staukasten4you.de/staukaest ... stoff/?p=1
Question to all:
Does it make sense to have a "shelf" underneath the Shelter to store standard aluminum boxes, instead of having a real Staukasten?
Thanks,
Sven

matter of taste and may be more complicated to secure all boxes. Any solution is good, as long as you don’t get annoyed with it
