Hi!
I have a leak from the rod that goes through the VTG in the top. Worst on the drivers side.
Any pitfalls? Or just disassemble and change oring?
The overpressure valve is working!

Its an O-Ring 10 x 3 mm on both sides, if you are talking about the shift lever rod for "Gelände/Strasse".
On the Mercurs, which have the same GETRAG VTG, it is an easy job. You may have to remove the pneumatic cylinder ....

Yes, that was certainly easy :-) 15 minute job, apart from the need for a puller to get the levers off.
I was just in doubt whether something could fall apart when I took of the levers that were attached to the rod.
