I am about to fit air conditioning to my 1988 MB 1017A om 352A engine

I am struggling to see how to mount the compressor and how to make a bracket .

If anyone has done this I would love to hear your solution especially any bracket designs or if anyone knows where I can buy a bracket.

Here is Bill Caid website, he is in the US. He had a bracket fabricated. Hope this helps. I don't speak german either so not sure how to load link.

I found it.

Fantastic link a real eye opener.

Bill has mounted the compressor on the opposaite side of the engine from the place I had lined up. It looks much simplere so I will have a re think .
