Sommerpause.
Wir sitzen gerade am airport Frankfurt und vertreiben uns die 4 stündige Wartezeit im Internet.

Unser letzten Matschigen Bilder im Bericht Nr 32 stehen hier

In Perth hat der Wagen nun eine neue Hinterachse bekommen, einen neuen Auspuffdingsda, das direkt am Zylinder ist, eine neue Windschutzscheibe, alle öle und Filter gewechselt und diversen Kleinkram.
Ach ja und natürlich mühsam den Matsch wieder aus allen Ritzen und Löchern gespühlt!

Damit ist er nun bereit für den dritten Teil ab September.

We are not sure if there is such a restriction as we bought our car here in Australia. But there are different restriction for each state. We know of someone who shipped his oldtimer from bali to Darwin (Northern Territory) and had no problems with the age of the car. What we can tell you is that the truck have to be super clean, as new. And the maximum time to stay in Australia is one year. We wish you good luck with the truck and safe travels.

Pah, Krümmer son quatsch.
Wenn das mal sooo einfach wäre.

Es handelt sich dabei um den "Abgaskrümmer"und nicht nur so flaspig um einen Krümmer.

PS
Der Davis Plain Track war schon recht schwer. Bei der Hütte trafen wir sogar einen 86 Jährigen Mann der mit seinen Nissan mit Dachzelt dort entlang fuhr und geschafft hat, während manch Anderer dort umgekehrt war.
Unglaublich und Respekt vor solch einer Leistung.
