Where is a reliable source please for cabin roof vents?

I have seen some circle versions that spin in the wind but no idea where to find them and the possible prices.

Is there a good alternative method?

I have good experience with a solar vent from a marine dealer (in the US), similar to the one SVB is offering; not cheap, but then the cheap ones don't last! We paid a similar price in US-Dollars for a plastic version. Marine vents have the advantage that they're really water proof, constructed to withstand waves hitting the boat deck.

I assume some can still be opened in frost weather?
