Sound dampening 90-16 DOKA cab underside?

I'm a new owner and not mechanically skilled but is it feasible to use the adhesive sound and vibration dampening material on the underside exterior of the cab? Access should be easy with tilting cab and the material is extremely sticky and water proof. It would be much easier and keep the looks of the plate aluminum floors. Is there an obvious downside to this idea? Thanks

Hello and welcome here. Congratulations on the Iveco. I think it is possible to reduce the sound level. Is there only the aluminium plte or is there an aditional wooden plate below? If there is an wooden plate to the reduceing will not be so high.
Do You think about application the dampening material on the downside of cabin ceiling.
