Help Needed with 2011 MAN TGM 4x4

Hi All,
We have a 2011 MAN tgm 4x4 Expedition truck. The truck has been having issues that I cannot figure out. I was hoping someone here could possibly help me understand what might be wrong. We are Canadians and in Canada currently, so sorry if there is a delay in response.
The trucks cooling fan was rubbing on the radiator fan shroud ring. It ultimately
Destroyed the fan shroud ring and fan. I realized it was the motor mounts that were worn, and replaced them with new. It allowed the new fan to be perfectly centered in the ring shroud again, but the issue is, the fan sits too close (axial) to the ring shroud and it is rubbing on the top 2/3 of the ring shroud and clears the bottom by about a cm.
I have checked over virtually every component. The transmission mounts are good, and motor mounts are new. Nothing is under pressure when all the mount bolts are removed and all holes line up perfectly. I believe the motor is sitting where it wants to be plus it is not adjustable.
I did replace the clutch fan, cooling fan and ring shroud. I decided to comfirm these items
Were not the problem and removed them
And replaced the old items plus compared them side by side. Nothing changed, they are the same. The clutch fan is a different MAN design, but when mounted, lands in the exact same spot as the original.
The radiator is not adjustable. I have pulled the mounts and checked the bushings. All good. It’s possible the radiator cradle could be damaged, but it looks perfect and the steel cradle mounts to plastic and aluminum. So any big hit should have damaged the plastic rad mounts.
I purchased this truck used, and it’s possible this issue predates me. So to summarize, the fan is hitting the ring shroud, but neither item is adjustable.
As I possibly drove 40,000 kms around bumpy South America with broken motor mounts, could the frame be splayed out from the motors weight pushing down bouncing around a bit? Could that potentially shorten that distance between the radiator and fan?
Any help / ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Will attach pictures.
Thanks!
