Hello,
Today i changed the seal of front differential to the transmission.
When opened the differential had some pressure. Maybe that is why the leak of Valvoline. The seal could not hold it!
Tried to find the the breeder on the Diff but do not find it!
Does this axles has breeder? Is normal the pressure?
This is the axle plate.

No, there is no breather/vent on this type of axle.
Yes, it is normal. Usually it does not lead to problems.

Google translate from last post.
Hallo,
I am thinking to open a new hole on the differential, and install a new tube for breeding. Did anyone my solution?
Ich denke daran, ein neues Loch im Differential zu öffnen und ein neues Rohr für die Zucht zu installieren. Hat jemand meine Lösung?
Thanks

Thanks Pirx for the fast reply.
Should i open a new hole for the pressure? My mechanic advise me to do it but i would like to gather some information before i do it!
The Valvoline is new (4.000kms), but around 90kms per hour i fell some noises on the front diff. I did not have metal dust on the old Valvoline. The diff heats a little but not much..but when the oil check screw is loose there is pressure coming. Is normal because there is no pressure valve. Maybe with a pressure valve the seal would not get destroyed.
My mechanic wants to open a new hole on the top and place a tube that goes high as the engine, so water does not come in. I do not want to destroy the axle. Just improve it! He is very good mechanic and works with racing trucks.

You can do that, but it is not necessary. There are thousands of AWD trucks driving around with these types of axles without a breather for 50 years or so without any problems ...

Normally the axle shouldn't get warm, anyway...

Thanks for the tips, i will not drill a hole on the diff.
Better to see how is going now with the new seal.
I will change the seal/joint of the sphere of the diff. Is dropping some grease from the balls.
On the photo i took from net Epc the part i need is the number 170. Correct? Or usually there is the need to change all. If yes what numbers?

Also another question regarding the front axle:
Around 90kms per hour when i take the foot off the pedal, i feel a grinding noise (2 seconds) on the front diff. Not always, but is usually when i take the foot off the pedal. When i took the old Valvoline out (4000 kms ago) there was no metal dust. Is that something i should worry?
