I have a 1978 Magirus Deutz D17 FA allrad.
Need toe in and caster for a front end alignment.
it has 14.00R-20 tires. originally had 12.00-20 tires
Any suggestion's?

caster "Nachlauf"
The toe-in should not change, when changing the wheel size. (to talk of the same thing: you need not to change the length of the steering track rod)
The steering axle inclination ("Sturz") in a rigid axle is fixed,
as well as the caster (which you might be able to change by putting something triangleformed piece of metal between axle and spring and meanwhile destroiing the angles of the front drive shaft)
so the only thing you can change is toe-in. With the lighter 4.2 to axle it is specified with 2-3 mm (the old measure: between the rims inner side front = back -2 to 3 mm). And that has nothing to do with tire size.

The truck is pulling to the right and is heading to the Alignment shop Monday, so I was looking for the factory Toe in and Caster setting.
So you set the toe IN at 2MM measuring from the inside rim.
With the taller tires and wider tread just wonderer if you needed to go on the lower end of the specifications.
The Caster is easily changed with shims between the axle and springs.
I taught this truck had the heavy axles.

Das Fahrzeug wird auf der rechten Seite ziehen und mit dem Alignment Shop Montag Überschrift, so war ich für das Werk in Toe und Nachlauf Einstellung suchen.
So stellen Sie die Zehen IN bei 2 mm gemessen von der Innenrand.
Mit den Reifen größer und breiter Lauffläche nur wonderer wenn Sie am unteren Ende der Vorgaben gehen müsse.
Der Caster ist leicht mit Unterlegscheiben zwischen Achse und Federn geändert.
Ich lehrte diese LKW hatte die schweren Achsen.
