Hello Wilco,

less tyre air pressure should also do it. 1.2Bar on your front tyres and this don't happen again. Ground pressure equals tyre air pressure. Bigger tyres are for less pressure, if 1.2 Bar is not sufficient you can use 14.00 for 0.9Bar oder 16.00 for 0.7Bar.

It was to late to deflate.... and I havent taped into the onboard air for tire inflation.

it's never to late to deflate. And having the onboard air ready for tyre inflation is mandatory. Also you should look for sand leaders or something like it, if you want to get out of such a situation yourself. And don't use just a war shovel, digging a whole truck out of the mud can be a real job which requires a real shovel. Something you can operate while standing upright.

I got stuck in my back pasture, so I just used my Deuce and winched it out.
I have lots of kit for off roading adventures, but when you have another big truck handy....
